Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content such as our PDF guides, this right ends as soon as the download is made available, provided you expressly agreed at checkout that delivery begins immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

If something is wrong

If a file is damaged, incomplete or doesn't open, or you accidentally bought the same guide twice, write to info@atplperformance.com with your order number. We'll fix it, either by sending you a working file or by arranging a refund through Paddle.

Bundle upgrades

Bought a single guide and want the bundle after all? Contact us within 14 days and we'll make sure you only pay the difference.
